Our objective is to offer our clients quality architectural products and services covering multiple CSI divisions. We cover Iowa and Nebraska only, better to be a house hold name in 2 states, than a company barely known in 4-5 like so many architectural rep firms.
With offerings such as GE Lighting Solutions, Sharon Stair, Livers Bronze Architectural Handrail, NERI Architectural elements and lighting, Interlam, American Fiber Cement and NorthClad to name a few.
SAS is of the first to enter the alternative energy market representing , companies like Urban Green, AVA Power, SAVWATT and Next Solar. I personally have been marketing energy saving products to specifying engineers since the late 70's. The natural next step is not only how much energy can a customer save , but how much energy can a customer produce. Owner generation, the next evalutionary step in our industry.
We will be seen by our customers as the industry innovator. These types of products have already given us additional strength with the Municipal, Architectural, Engineering, Developer and General Contracting sectors. This has inherently increased our presence with the Sub contractor and Wholesale communities.

As an AIA Allied Gold Member SAS spends more time in the architectural offices than any of our local comptetion.
SAS has 9 AIA CES lunch & learn presentations. we have given out more than 300 learning units each year for the past 3 years to local architects.
